Intrinsic Perks: soft launch, Hard Launch, Confined launch.

Exotic Perk 1: "Cluster Delay" This weapon does not explode upon impact but instead will stick to surfaces for a short time before letting out a bigger than normal explosion.

Exotic Perk 2: "Polarizer"- Rockets when attached to a surface will pull in enemies toward its radius before exploding. (Note: This effect will be milder in PvP not completely taking over control of a character)
